The archival site for ULISYS is hosted on the VAXEN8 cluster in KitsNet.
1 VAXEN8 Cluster[edit | edit source]
The VAXEN8 cluster is an NI (Network Interconnect) mixed-architecture VMScluster comprised of simulated VAX (MORGAN) and Alpha (DONQ) nodes. Voting has established so that MORGAN is required for quorum while DONQ is not. Consequently, cluster-common resources (e.g. SYSUAF, queue database, license database) will be placed on disks MSCP served by MORGAN.
1.1 SCSNODE MORGAN[edit | edit source]
MORGAN is a simulated MIcroVAX 3900 hosted on KitsNet server Ripple configured with 64 MB of RAM and three RQDX3 MSCP disk controllers (RQ, RQB, RQC) out of a possible four. Each disk controller can support a maximum of four disk devices each, all of which may be MSCP server to other cluster members.
